We are proud of our unique hand crafted products while being committed to a high standard of excellence. We want you to go to the water with the same feeling of confidence in your tackle as we do. If you are not fully satisfied with the original condition and /or performance of your purchased item, you may return the item within 30 days from the ship date for a refund or replacement. To qualify for a refund or replacement, products must be returned to us in their original condition/packaging. You will receive a refund upon our receipt and inspection of the items.
Please contact us to receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return.
Note the following:
- To obtain an RA number, please provide us with the order number and reason for the returned merchandise.
- We will not accept returns without an RA number.
- Once you receive a RA number you may return the items, in the original condition/packaging within 30 days for an exchange or refund. All non-defective items will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
- Please include original invoice with the return if possible.
- The shipping and handling charges will be refunded only if the product is defective or shipped as a result of our error.
- Shipping must be pre-paid by the customer for returned merchandise.
- Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive your return for the credit.
- We will assume no liability for the loss or damage to any returned merchandise so we recommend that you purchase insurance from your shipper.
